This is a flag pole holder that is slides into your receiver hitch. It comes with a 10' pole. It will come bare metal so you may paint it any color or you can have powder coat done for an addtional $30. It is made out of 12 gauge steel. Turbo or city outline cut out. WE WILL NOT SHIP THIS ITEM!
